• 3 single-storey utility 'C' blocks with electrical substation
• 3 single-storey biomass storage blocks
• 3 single-storey storage blocks
• 1 three-storey office block
• 1 two-storey sports complex
• 1 two-storey main intake substation
• 3 single-storey main distribution substations
• 5 four-storey worker dormitory blocks
• 1 three-storey worker dormitory block
• 4 four-storey worker house blocks (3 rooms)
• 1 three-storey worker house block (3 rooms)
• 1 three-storey worker house block (1 room)
